Santino Le Saint — Best Day of My Life / One More Night

Some artists enter one genre and own it in their individual respective ways, others experiment with a multitude of genres and embrace each and every one of them, with Santino Le Saint placing himself firmly in the latter category. For Santino, exposure to a variety of genres comes as second nature for the Brixton-based vocalist, as the singer-songwriter fuses his soft-rock offering with new-age R&B establishing a unique identity at the intersections of both genres.

To provide some context on what makes the unique sound of Santino Le Saint, the 23-year-old has been influenced by the likes of Linkin Park, Nirvana, and Bullet For My Valentine, whilst also being heavily inspired by vintage selections in Jimi Hendrix and James Brown, with modern-day artists in Lil Peep and XXXTentation as he delves deep into the emo-inspired section of R&B.

Motivated by an insatiable desire to succeed, and an incredible amount of self-belief, Santino Le Saint began his solo career soon after founding the Cloud X collective alongside David Dabieh and Benjamin Cross. Together, the trio created Santino’s debut EP ‘Cloud 304’ in 2017, with the four-track project showcasing Santino’s early ability to communicate emotions through his ghoulish and distinct style vocals, along with his vulnerabilities and lyricism which allow him to construct his own…
